We want every return to be handled clearly and efficiently. Please review the eligibility requirements and contact us before sending any item back.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unworn, unused and undamaged
- Returned with its original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase
Starting a Return
To request a return, contact us at tuition-calls94@icloud.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the return and any relevant photographs.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send the package.
Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or different from the item ordered so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Keep the item, original packaging and shipping label while the issue is being reviewed. Photographs may be required.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods, including food, flowers and plants
- Custom, personalized or special-order products
- Personal-care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items, except where return rights are required by applicable rules
Contact us before returning an item if you are uncertain whether it is eligible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. After the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with its tags and original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be returned automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
